We look at a project through the eyes of a general contractor. Every project is different based on many factors: Location, New Construction vs. Renovation, Complexity, Jobsite Restrictions, Schedule, Competition, Type of Contract Method, etc.

Anyone can perform quantity take-offs and apply unit costs to them, but we look at the entire project with all of its factors in order to determine the ultimate probable construction cost.

We make calls to the material suppliers and subcontractors in the project location in an effort to obtain the best pricing information possible.

We are totally flexible in how we present our cost estimates. "Master Format" and "Building Systems" are the most commonly used; however we can customize our estimates in any manner to suit your needs.
